Job Description
We are regularly looking for an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to assist our clients in New York.
Responsibilities
- Review Architect plans, specs & requirements and send out for pricing
- Review Architect plans, specs & requirements and send out for pricing
- Arrange walkthroughs on site and provide any information required to potential subcontractors
- Compile detailed trade scopes to level all subcontractor bids to ensure all items are picked up
- Prepare big proposals for presentation to Client with detailed Exclusions and Clarifications
- Prepare Subcontractor purchase orders and liaise with project managers throughout the duration of the project
Qualifications
- Applicants should hold a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Applicants should have 3+ years post qualification experience
- Applicants should be Irish passport holders
